welcome
Much of what gets in our way stems from internal conflict- a quiet struggle between who we think we should be and what we truly want or who we truly are. The tension can leave us feeling disconnected, stuck, and out of alignment with ourselves. Over time, it can show up emotionally, physically, and spiritually- in the form of persistent discomfort, self-doubt, or a vague sense that something’s missing.
Therapy with me helps you gently interrupt these patterns by reconnecting with your core values, deepening your self-awareness, and moving toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I take a grounded, patient, and non-judgmental approach, working with those seeking clarity, purpose and a deeper understanding of yourself.

My Approach
I approach therapy as a process of slowing down enough to hear what’s actually happening beneath the surface- in your thoughts, in your body, and in the contradictions you carry.
We’re often so trained to manage, perform, or push through that we lose access to what we genuinely feel or need. Therapy, at its best, isn’t about fixing you, it’s about becoming more fluent in your own internal language.
I draw from psychodynamic theory, which means I pay attention to how early experiences shape the ways you relate to others, and to yourself.
I also integrate mindfulness and somatic practices, especially when words fall short or when emotional patterns are living in the body. Insight, in this work isn't just intellectual, it's something you feel in your nervous system when an old pattern finally loosens its grip.
A Bit More About Me
With over ten years of experience as a teacher, tutor, coach, school therapist, and grief specialist for teens, I have extensive experience helping young people navigate the challenges of self-discovery and feeling truly seen during this critical stage of development.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in the arts as a writer. My creative background continues to shape how I listen, relate, and work with clients- especially those navigating inner conflict, expression, and meaning-making.
