What we believe in

While each of our therapists has their own interests, personality and style, we all share a common core of values that guide our practice. Here are some of the things that are really important to us:

Relationships can be healing

We believe that the therapeutic relationship can be a corrective, healing experience.

Mind/Body/Heart Connection

We believe that the mind, body and heart are inextricably connected, and that holding space for all realms of experience is crucial to healing.

Trauma Informed Therapy

We operate from a trauma informed lens from the first moment we connect. We value consent and boundaries, and honor your truth and resilience.

Health at Every Size® Aligned Therapy

We firmly believe that body size and weight are not reliable or helpful predictors of health, and we work with you to discover a relationship with health that is not based off of these measures. We help you decrease shame about your body (without shaming you for having shame about your body).

Get Started

LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy

We support you in exploring your sexuality and gender, and help you find ways to express yourself that feel sustainable, authentic and safe for you. We are not pushy and we support all kinds of questioning and curiosity. We will never stop providing affirming care for our clients.

Neurodivergence Affirming Therapy

We help you develop a positive relationship with yourself in all of your complexity, and to figure out what actually helps you have the most fulfilling life. We help you work with your brain - not against it.

Humility around themes of faith and race

We believe in checking our own privilege, beliefs and assumptions; learning from our clients; and pursuing consultation and education when we hit up against something we don’t know.
