Are you trying to figure out how to fit therapy into your busy schedule? Are you worried about fighting traffic to make it to the office? Do you feel more comfortable having therapy in your own space? We get it.

We offer video therapy for people who live anywhere in California. Online therapy is a great way to incorporate therapy into your routine even when your situation doesn’t easily facilitate a drive to and from our office. Online therapy happens over a HIPAA compliant, free video platform that you can access using your phone or your computer.

Online therapy can be especially helpful for new parents, clients who live far away from us, and clients who would like to do therapy over your lunch break.

HYBRID THERAPY FOR CHANGING SCHEDULES

All that being said, there are often reasons why in person therapy might work better sometimes. Our Los Angeles and South Pasadena based clients are welcome to switch back and forth between in person and virtual therapy. We work with a lot of people who love to come into the office but sometimes need to do therapy from their car during their lunch break (hello production workers!). We will work with you to figure out a rhythm that works.
