In addition to supporting you as you find center again, we love supporting parents with the parenting side of things. We help you explore your beliefs around parenting and difficulties that may be coming up around the balance between holding space for your children and prioritizing your own needs. We love to support parents who are struggling to attune to their kids, implement the recommendations of parenting coaches, or hold balanced and firm boundaries for any reason, including your own childhood experiences.

We are home to several therapists who are experienced in supporting families of kids and teens with eating disorders. It can be really hard to witness your kid in pain and to find the balance between compassion and containment. We help by making space for what it’s like for you, providing guidance and education, and supporting you as you figure out how to support your kid in getting the treatment they need.
