Therapy for Trauma

We offer long term supportive therapy to clients looking to heal from attachment wounds and sexual trauma. We work from a psychodynamic frame, prioritizing a safe, steady therapeutic relationship. Within that frame, we may incorporate elements of the Trauma Resiliency Model, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychology. Therapy can help you manage direct symptoms of trauma, such as dissociation or re-experiencing. Therapy can also be a place where you learn to cultivate safety and healthy boundaries in your current relationships, learn how to take safe risks, and increase self compassion and a feeling of rightness in the world.
