Are you a warm, bright, Associate Social Worker or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist near South Pasadena? Are you looking to learn the ropes of private practice, provide trauma informed care, and hone your clinical skills in supervision?

We are always looking for associate therapists who are self directed, who have professional experience, who have good judgment and boundaries, and who have a long term goal of building a thriving private practice.

Our team is supportive, warm, and very human, and we prioritize talking about work/life balance and managing vicarious trauma so we can all be building the foundation for a long term, sustainable career in psychotherapy.

The candidate who is the best fit for this practice will be interested in learning more about trauma, eating disorders and/or the perinatal experience, and will enjoy working with artists. They will also be committed to the provision of strengths based, respectful therapy. Candidates should also be excited to network and to work in supervision to develop a solid marketing plan.

Experience working in an agency or a higher level of care is a plus.

Candidates should be available one weekend day and/or some evening hours. This is a part time, hourly plus commission, W2 position. Candidates are welcome to work from home and/or the office, but should be local and able to attend some meetings and sessions in person.
